Submitting Your Article

Complete Your Article

  1. Write your full article
  2. Add a featured image
  3. Select relevant tags
  4. Proofread for errors
  5. Save Draft

Click “Submit for Review”

  1. A confirmation dialog will appear
  2. Confirm to submit
  3. Your article status changes to “Submitted”

What Happens Next

  • Editors are notified of your submission
  • An editor with matching tag permissions will review it
Need to make changes? If you need to edit your article after submitting, simply click “Save Draft” and the article will automatically return to draft status. Make your edits, then click “Submit for Review” again when ready.

During Review

You’ll See

  • Status badge showing “Submitted” or “In Review”
  • A banner indicating your article is under review

You Can

  • View your article
  • Edit your article by clicking “Save Draft” (returns article to draft status)
  • Withdraw your submission (if needed)
  • Wait for editor feedback

Editor Feedback

Editors can:
  • Approve & Publish: Your article goes live immediately
  • 📝 Request Revisions: Editor provides feedback, you can edit and resubmit
  • Reject: Article is rejected with feedback (you can revise and resubmit)

Handling Revisions

If an editor requests revisions:

Read the Feedback

  1. Editor feedback appears at the top of your article and emailed to you
  2. Review all comments carefully

Make Changes

  1. Article becomes editable again
  2. Update based on feedback
  3. Save your changes

Resubmit

  1. Click “Resubmit for Review”
  2. Your revision history is tracked
  3. Editor reviews your updated article

After Publication

Once published:
  • ✅ Article is live on the website
  • ✅ Article is read-only (you cannot edit)
  • ✅ You can view it on your author page
  • ✅ You can share it on social media
Published articles cannot be edited or unpublished by writers. Contact an editor if you need changes.
